Get fit for the big event
Wedding season is here. It’s a time for celebration and overindulgence and putting out your best foot forward in your best attire. We are here to provide you with some helpful advice if you need to resume your workout regimen to lose weight in time for that family wedding.
Keep yourself hydrated
Make sure you are drinking enough water on a regular basis during the festival season. You’ll stay hydrated and avoid getting tired as a result. During the times of celebrations, we often forget to drink water because we aren’t as thirsty or too excited. As a result, make fruit juices a part of your daily liquid intake in addition to drinking lots of water.
Asanas and Pranayama
“To stay in shape during a festival, practise the yoga poses and breathing exercises listed below. Your health can benefit greatly from poses like Sun Salutation, Downward Dog, Head Stand, Bow Pose, Boat Pose, and Wheel Pose. You can also do pranayama exercises like Khand Pranayam, Kapalbhati, and Anulom Vilom in addition to the postures,” says Himalayan Siddha Akshar.
